Pricing and Specifications 

Errors in pricing and/or specifications may occur. Westco reserves the right to correct any such errors, up to and including cancelling any orders placed at an incorrect price. 

 

Some delivery surcharges may apply for distant zip codes - you will be contacted for approval prior to delivery.

 

Full Delivery – Furniture/Mattresses/Appliances - includes delivery and set up of product in the room of your choice (additional assembly fees may apply to some un-assembled merchandise). Please note: Our insurance does not allow Westco delivery crews to hook up water lines to refrigerators, install dishwashers or gas appliances or hook up new appliances to used cords, hoses or flexible dryer vent. 

 

Pre-Delivery Guidelines 

  • Please ensure that you have a clear pathway from the driveway to where your furniture or appliance will be going in your home. This includes any debris or ice during the winter season.
  • Please make sure ALL pets are put away to ensure the safety of our Employees and your pets.
  • We will NOT under ANY circumstance, attempt to turn on/off gas valves.
  • We will NOT connect ANY water lines to refrigerators.
  • We do not install dishwashers.
  • We will only haul off your old furniture or appliance for which you are replacing. The haul off charge is $20 per item being replaced. 

○      For example: If you purchase a sofa, we will haul off your old sofa. If you purchase a washer, we will haul off your old washer.

  • We will NOT relocate your old furniture to any other address.

 

These guidelines are to ensure the safety of everyone involved during a delivery. Thank you for taking the time to look them over and making sure that everyone stays safe. 

 

 

Warranty

All furniture, appliances, and bedding come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for warranty information, or contact your local Westco for assistance with warranty questions. 

Return Policy

Appliances

Due to the complicated nature of delivering and installing appliances, sales are final. Please inspect your appliance for damage and defects before accepting delivery or pickup. If your appliance is damaged or defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we will offer to refund or exchange it.

Furniture

All furniture sales are final and must be paid in full at time of sale. Please measure your room and delivery path carefully. If furniture doesn’t fit or is cancelled prior to delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. 

Financed sales require 20% deposit on all special orders. If an item is ordered and canceled prior to delivery, no refund of deposit will be issued. 

Please inspect your furniture for damage and defects before accepting delivery or pickup. If your furniture is damaged or defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we will offer to refund or exchange it. 

Furniture accessories such as lamps, wall hangings, artwork, rugs, tabletop accessories, and bedding are not returnable. 

Bedding

If your mattress is damaged or defective upon delivery or pickup, we will offer to refund or exchange it. 

100 Night Sleep Trial

It will take time for your body to adjust to your new mattress, so you should sleep on it for a minimum of 60 nights to allow for this adjustment period. If you are not comfortable within 100 nights of the original mattress delivery or pickup date, we will do our best to match you to the right mattress. Our 100 Night Sleep Trial is valid for one exchange per purchase, which must be done between 60 and 100 days of the delivery or pickup date of your original mattress. 

If you have slept on your mattress for a minimum of 60 nights and want to exchange it you will need to contact the store manager at the store you purchased your mattress at. They will review your sales receipt and arrange for an inspection of your mattress. Once they have determined you have a valid exchange, they will help you reselect a mattress. 

To qualify for a comfort exchange you must have: 1) purchased a mattress with a retail price of $499 or greater. 2) purchased a waterproof mattress protector on the same ticket as the mattress (stained, unsanitary, or damaged mattresses cannot be exchanged). 3) A restocking fee equal to 10% of your original mattress price and a redelivery fee based on your address will also apply to all comfort exchanges. In addition, the law tag must be attached to the mattress so please do not remove it. 

Please note that our 100 Night Sleep Trial is not valid on warranty exchanges, foundations (box springs) or clearance mattress only purchases and is for an EXCHANGE ONLY. No refunds or store credit will be issued. Special order mattresses do not qualify. See a store associate for additional details and limitations.
