Good but disppointed with white powder

I bought it 8 months ago love almost everthing the only complain is that the water Water/ice dispenser opening keep dropping white powder in large amount to the point that I have to wash the plate under the water/ice dispenser twice a day with soap. I was told by the customer service this powder comes from my hard water source in my area they can do nothing to help me So disappointed

Weve had our LG refrigerator for about six months and are pleased with our choice. The unit has performed well and weve found the design to be functional and flexible. The center flex drawer is particularly useful. We had a minor issue with our ice maker and LG support was proactive friendly and quickly took ownership of the issue.

Absolutely beautiful fridge the counter depth is just the right depth anything more your food will get lost. This fridge is beautiful and is super convenient with the glass door. My family loves this fridge I highly recommend this fridge 10/10

I bought this a year ago and absolutely love it the only issue we have had with it is the craft ice maker broke thankfully it happen before the warranty ran out.
