My fridge went down 5 1/2 years old out of warranty. Lg sent a tech to the house and the fridge was fixed for free. All parts and labor were covered.

I purchased online and the process was super easy. My new refrigerator was delivered and the old one hauled away. I love my new refrigerator

LG French Door Refrigerator Failed Compressor

My compressor went out and the fridge and freezer no longer worked. I called LG customer service and they had a repair man call me back in 6 business days. He was polite quick and on time. He came the very next day and replaced the compressor in a little over an hour and now my fridge is back to cooling and freezing and Im so happy

We have only had this refrigerator for almost 2 years and it already broke down. Lost all of our food and we were without a working fridge for 6 days. Literally living out of a small cooler for 6 days. It was fixed on the 6th day and we were told it could happen again If we dont clean behind the refrigerator at least a couple times a year. Weve never had to clean behind our fridge in our entire lives..
