I really like this stove I love the quick heat burner for most things and I like the really large burner when making a family meal We have not been able to get the drawer to come out-followed instructions in manual and even called your help line. They couldnt help either. Other than that it has been good so far

We bought our LG 2 years ago have a warranty and still waiting on a part We shouldve had our stove replaced . All the money spent on eating out not being able to cook for my family You guys SUCK Putting it nicely

I loved this range when I first purchased it. It worked well beautiful interior and I loved the smooth top. But after a few years the oven started to be much slower with preheatingthen to throw an error code. Customer support is little to non existent so its up to the purchaser to get it fixed or try to diagnose what is wrong. Weve had to replace parts on our own only to have it start to act again months later. This LG range has definitely made me think more about my next range purchase and it will not be an LG.

Purchased oven 5 years ago and convection element went out so oven no longer heating appropriately. Unable to get replacement part to repair. Not impressed.
