Returned it due to the door design that requires clearance on both sides to open and for fingers to operate the latch. If the door had a normal style clearance and the hand latch was below id keep it Great features terrible and sloppy ergonomic design.

Bought this New LG Microwave stopped working during its 1st use. After a month of repeated calls to LG customer service finally got an approved LG service repairman to look at it. Per the repairman unit was Dead not repairable. Per LG the Engineering department must review it. Now just waiting weve been without our Microwave for 2 months. Horrible Service from LG wont ever buy another LG appliance.

We updated our kitchen and replaced all of the appliances. This microwave fits in the same space as the old one but has more interior room. It has many features. So many in fact I will probably never use some of them The only thing I wish it had is a lighted front panel so you can see the buttons without turning on the lights in the kitchen.
