Problems with quality control?

I bought this range 2 months ago and had service out to fix a bent oven control knob and asked him to look at bottom plate as I thought that a screw had become dislodged as the bottom plate looked like it was laying on the floor on the left side. When he looked at it, it was smashed in on that side. Got a new range delivered today after waiting 3 weeks and low and behold same damage as the one it was supposed to replace. Damaged on left lower side and bent oven knob. I now have to wait another 3-4 weeks as they are back-ordered. There seems to be a problem somewhere with quality control if the same damage keeps happening. We will see how the next one looks. If the next one is damaged I do not know what I'll do!

The stove was delivered to an apt. that I live in . It takes over 2 hours to bake a potato at 450 degrees. The manager had a repair man come out from the manufacturer . The repair man stares at the stove and checks nothing just says there is nothing wrong with it. I will call the company myself and request that they send some one out that is not so lazy.
