The builder put this oven in. It has been repaired 3+ times since moving in 4 months ago. Sad they don't sell the other one any longer. Having to replace this one and don't have many options due to cut out. Don't buy.

We bought this about 5 months ago when we moved into our new home. Since then the unit has worked great with the exception of having to reset timer or hard power cycle when unit is stuck. However, as I type this the unit is stuck on the hour glass and won’t do anything. This is extremely inconvenient on the 4th of July weekend with tons of left overs and no way to heat them. Called the service center and it’s closed. Hopefully I can get someone to look at it first thing in the morning.

I bought this less these a month ago, love how easy it is to use the touch screen! Prefect colour. The oven warms up super fast. Microwave has so many different cook features

I like this appliance in that it fits my needs; however, so far I have had to reset the time, date because the microwave just decides to randomly go back to the default time and date. So far it's been at least 3 times. The unit has been installed for about 3 wks. Have not reported the issue yet.
