Bought this micro/convection oven end of July 2019. worked for 2 months, then stopped. After 2 weeks the service company took it to their shop. After 3 more weeks, Whirlpool offered us a new one. Could have upgraded for more money or downgraded with no reimbursement. Still waiting end of November.

Only used for about a week seem to do every thing need it to do . This is our third convection microwave so we will see how it goes down the line , so far been great .

My husband was the one home to inspect this when it arrived- he said he did but when our contractor went to put it in - he told my husband that is was dented. I have 3 year warranty on this but do not imagine it will be covered. Maybe you can do something with the shipping company to pack it better. make me so sad - I love it otherwise

I installed this convection microwave last week and have used it a lot already! I love the convection to make banana bread and reheat foods you want to stay crisp. Very quiet microwave! Easy to clean! It was easy to install. It looks great!!! If you're interested in having the option of convection, this is the perfect option.
