Unpredictable and cheap made

This microwave has a number of problems. First of all the sensor cook and sensor reheat have never worked well. One moment it undercooks things and the next moment it boils or explodes food all over the place. Based on other reviews I was a bit concerned about the door latch and now that issue has occurred as well. The hinge on the door latch is a total piece of junk. Little plastic pivot pin that breaks easily. Could have easily used metal or beefed it up a bit to make it a usable product. The hinge is integrated into the front control panel so once it breaks it means a new control panel or a new microwave.

Our LG black stainless microwave had an electrical issue LG quickly replaced the unit GREAT SERVICE much appreciated as we are on a tight budget- retired First Responder.

We are well-pleased with the new LG Microwave It has performed well thus far. This microwave has a large interior and soft chimes that is not annoying. the interior light is low but being at eye level is helpful. The microwave fit our old trim kit so that is great.

Had it less than 6 months and it sparked while making grits. The spark caused a burn hole inside on the plate. So terrified I snatched it out of my manufactured home immediately

This countertop microwave has the modern inverter technology highest home wattage and largest home capacity along with ease-of-use features and was very affordably priced. The only downside is that it doesnt have the turntable off/on feature which we would have preferred but very few companies make that feature now.
